Dear cartoonist,

For practical and financial reasons, this year we must abandon the organization of PCE (Press Cartoon Europe).

We realize this isn’t good news and we regret it more than anyone.

But necessity knows no law: this year we fail to develop a decent, well-structured competition and even less to fund the prizes.

Together, we hope that we will be able to announce next year that we can continue with the next competition and that PCE has been restored to honor.
