The opening of the Exhibition-Contest, the awarding of the winners and the launch of the Catalog "International Salon of Cartoons and Satirical Graphics", with the theme "Pandemic masks Romania" will take place on Friday, September 18, 2020, at 14:00, in the "Art" Hall of the County Museum Ștefan cel Mare ”Vaslui.
