Norbert Van YPERZEELE, Belgium - President of the Jury: "Some are more similar than others it may seem, but when the elements of a cartoon are not used in a different way to obtain another meaning I consider them as not original, similar so to speak. And yes, I suppose that not all of these artists created these similar drawings on purpose but still: we should stick to the most original ones. Not an easy decision but as I see it, the right one".
