Rami Naori, хозяин компании-организатора похоже постоянно проживает в Израиле, но завязан с бизнесом в Штатах и Англии.
В прошлом - журналист, сейчас - консультант компаний, использующих передовые технологии.

Возможно он хочет заработать на комиксах, а возможно просто хочет подарить деньги на хорошее дело, в память о своей супруге.

А что такое однопанельная карикатура, как не страничка из комикса??
